Week before my shoot was crunch time! My goal was to shed about 3 pounds. I really tried to hit the gym hard twice a day and even started tanning. Started a really good routine eating almost every two hours, which really helped my bulk up. The supplements I’m taking right now are: Extreme Athlete Pack, Animal Pack, USP Labs Modern BCAA’s, Creatine and Trac Nirto MHP. On top of that I have about 3 protein shakes a day with Elite Whey Protein Isolate. Had to create a new playlist to get me pumped for the gym, so here it is:
