My Workout: Day 3

Hey guys! So I am currently in Flordia, loving the weather! Beats the cold weather back home, definitely a place i would consider moving to :). Tonight i’m going to be dancing at Bills in Wilton Manners, still have to go buy some underwear because as you all know..i dont wear them lol.

So i hope some of you have been following my regimen :)…im sure its difficult rite now but it will pay off. Ok here is day 3 of my workout. Legs and abs, its not going to be an easy day…the feeling of nausea is totally normal. As you saw in my last blog posts, follow the HIT regimen scheme.

Warm Up: Body Squats and stretching
Squats: 5 sets 15,15,12,12,10 w/ weighted decline crunches 5 sets to failure
Dead Lifts: 5 sets 15,15,12,10,8 w/ hanging leg raises 5 sets to failure
Leg press: 4 sets 20,20,15,15
Lunges with barbell or dumbbells: 4 sets of 10 w/ cable twists for obliques 5 sets to failure
Leg extensions: 4 sets of 12 w/ leg curls 4 sets of 12
Calf raises: 5 sets to failure w/ weighted leg raises 3 sets to failure

There it is, if you get tight during the workout…Stretch! Hope you guys have a good weekend…and behave! I know i will…try 😉
