So this a blog post wayy pass due lol. Nothing too exciting has happened the last month or so, so its hard for me to think of a topic to blog on.
So as you all know it was my bday two weeks ago, it had to be one of the best times of my life…even though all involved was alcohol and friends lol. I’m still in recovery mode after all the shots…cuz if you guys did not know…i’m not much of a drinker 🙂
I have set a few goals for myself the past week. Cutting down on ciggs, no more drinking, and boosting up my cardio sessions. I’m really starting to take my overall health serious, as u all should too :). Just working out isn’t going to make you healthy…it’s the nutrition and daily life style that comes along with it.
So enough on health and what not. I’m going to fill you all in on my schedule for the next few weeks to come.
